DBCAA will be operating a LIHEAP Spring Subsidy program component. The LIHEAP Spring Subsidy program will be a cooling component for electric only.

The LIHEAP Spring Subsidy Program will begin on April 17, 2023 and run through June 2, 2023 or until funding is depleted, whichever comes first.
