Community Services Block Grant
This project is funded, in part, under a contract with the Cabinet for Health and Family Services with funds from the Community Services Block Grant Act of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) is a Federal Anti-Poverty Grant which provides core funding to be a Community Action Agency. This Grant is used to deliver programs and services to low-income households in our four-county service area made up of Clay, Jackson, Laurel, and Rockcastle Counties.
