DBCAA has a new way of scheduling appointments for our heating assistance program, LIHEAP. Starting Monday, October 24, 2022, please go to our website, danielboonecaa.org OR call 606-729-4000, to schedule your appointment. The LIHEAP Subsidy Program will begin on November 7, 2022 and run through December 16, 2022.
