About ESG
The Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) helps eligible individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of becoming homeless. The program provides housing assistance and supportive services to help households remain safely housed or quickly transition into permanent housing.
How ESG Can Help
Eligible households may receive:
- Homelessness prevention assistance
- Rapid re-housing services
- Housing stability support
- Case management and referrals to community resources
Who’s Eligible?
The Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Program serves eligible individuals and families in Clay, Jackson, Laurel, and Rockcastle Counties who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of becoming homeless. Eligibility is based on program requirements, household circumstances, and available funding.
