LIHEAP Required Documentation Update | April 17, 2026

All clients applying for any DBCAA LIHEAP program are now required to bring a Photo ID (Driver’s License/State Issued Photo ID) for the applicant as part of the application process.

DBCAA’s LIHEAP Spring Subsidy program begins Monday, April 20th, 2026, and runs through Friday, May 22nd, 2026, or until funds run out (whichever comes first).
