☀️ LIHEAP Summer Subsidy Starts Soon!

Need help with cooling bills this Summer? DBCAA’s LIHEAP Summer Subsidy program begins Monday, August 3, 2026 and runs through Friday, September 11, 2026 or until funds run out (whichever comes first). Scheduling begins Tuesday, July 28, 2026.

✅ All applicants must have a household income at or below 150% of the federal poverty level.
❌ A disconnect notice or 10 days or less of prepaid electric is NOT required.
