Need help with heating bills this Fall? DBCAA’s LIHEAP Fall Subsidy program begins Monday, November 9, 2026 and runs through Friday, December 18, 2026, or until funds are depleted (whichever comes first).

Scheduling begins Monday, November 2.

✅ All applicants must have a household income at or below 150% of the federal poverty level.

❌ A disconnect notice or 10 days or less of prepaid electric is NOT required, but will be required for the Crisis program at the start of 2027.
