DBCAA will be operating both a Summer Cooling, LIHEAP Subsidy Component (Electric Only) AND a LIHWAP Subsidy Water Program (Water, Wastewater, or combination of both).

Both programs will begin on July 25, 2023 and run through September 22, 2023, or until funds are depleted, whichever comes first.
