Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) Tenant Assistance Programs (TAP) will open applications for the Section 8/Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program at 9 a.m. ET Monday, July 22, 2024, and close applications at 5 p.m. ET Friday, July 26, 2024.
Applications may be submitted only by one of the following three methods:
- Online at KHC’s Website
The online application can be found at www.kyhousing.org. We encourage applicants to use this method.
- By Phone
Applications may be completed over the phone by contacting HCV Customer Service at 502-564-9946.
- By Email
Applicants may request an application by contacting hcvwaitinglist@kyhousing.org. The completed applications must then be returned by email or by fax to 888-512-3951. Hand-delivered or mailed applications will not be accepted.
Please direct those interested in applying to www.kyhousing.org. They can find the application by clicking on the “Quick Links” dropdown menu and choosing “Apply for Section 8” from the list or by clicking on the Section 8 Waiting List banner.
Waiting list applications and registration for new applicants will not be available until 9 a.m. ET Monday, July 22, 2024. Applications will be accepted in the order they are received.
