Daniel Boone Community Action Agency, Inc. will hold a Transportation Coordination Meeting on Thursday, March 9, 2023, beginning at 10:00 A.M. EST. The meeting will be held in- person or via Teams at 1535 Shamrock Road, Manchester, Kentucky 40962. Virtual access information is available on our website at; www.DanielBooneCAA.org. All transportation providers, private taxi cab operators, and interested providers are invited to attend.
Daniel Boone Community Action Agency, Inc. is applying for FY 2024, Section 5339, 5310, and 5311, Intercity, Appalachian Development Public Transportation Assistance, and Rural Transit Assistance Program (RTAP) funds. This funding is through the Federal Transit Administration administered by the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet to provide operating and capital assistance during the period of July 1, 2023 thru June 30, 2024, for the counties of Clay, Jackson, Lee, Owsley, and Wolfe.
