📢 Public Announcement to Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) Vendors

SOLICITATION OF LIHEAP VENDORS

Coal, wood, propane, fuel oil and kerosene vendors are being solicited by Daniel Boone Community Action Agency, Inc. to provide home heating fuel in the SUBSIDY and CRISIS Components of the 2026-2027 LIHEAP Program in Clay, Jackson, Laurel, and Rockcastle Counties. Minority and small businesses are encouraged to apply.

The Fall Subsidy Component will begin November 9, 2026, and end December 18, 2026. The Winter Crisis Component will be announced at a later date.

Interested vendors shall pick up a Vendor Information Packet at the address below from Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
